    Day 480. Lost 155 pounds in 8.5 months, then maintained for a while. Gained a few back, now trying to lose it again.

    I started October of 2014. I lost some weight then stopped counting calories on and off because any time I went way over I felt like a failure and was too embarrassed to record my food intake so I would stop. My weight went up and down and all over the place depending on whether I was logging or not.

    I am back counting calories since February 20th this year without missing a day (I was using another app before MFP). I started at 86.3kg (190lbs) in 2014. Since February 20th this year, I have lost 4.1kg (8.8lbs) and I'm currently 72kg (158lbs). My goal weight is 63kg (139lbs) or so. I have gone over a few times but I'm right back on the next day :)

    I have only been using MFP for 8 days i have lost 1kg so far..... I have lost a total of 14kg from second ish week of November 2015.....

    Started for real April 1st 2015, where I was at 108kg (216lbs, I believe). I'm 170cm tall (5"6 or so), so I was a bit round.

    Now, one year later, 96kg, and a lot slimmer in general.

    Most of it has happened due to cycling 100-150km per week. But also some changes to the food.

    I Started on Jan 20/16 and have lost 50.6 pounds...most I've ever lost..still have 150+ to go. It's a new battle every day, focusing on making the right choices, but one I'm determined to win! My Fitness Pal has been the only tool I've used along with the stories and inspirations I have read here on the Community board. Well done, Everyone!! By just making the choice to start this program...and persevering...no matter how many times we feel we have to start again, is a step in the right direction. We are humans, not machines...life happens, we move on... it doesn't matter how many times you fall down as you walk the path - you will get to the end as long as you keep walking. MyFitnessPal is my constant companion on that path ...thank you MyFitnessPal! You are literally saving my life.

    I'm down 46 lbs since March 2015, I have about 55 lbs to go. I'm really happy with my progress and feeling so much healthier and more active. My Husband has been super supportive even though he isn't ready to make the changes for himself, yet.

    I just started tracking again after using MFP some years ago (and gaining afterwards). Last March I was 246 and today I am 169. 77 pounds gone!!!

    Very impressive numbers people Mine is not nearly as good.

    Jan 2016 I was 175lbs & climbing. I am now & 154,in a healthy BMI zone & have 4 more to go.

    I was lucky that I caught my weight gain when I did & now I am in a much better place.

    I want to lose weight but I quiet so many times ,but I want to do it this time ,I need to stay in the program,my goal is to lose 70 LB and get back in shape ,I feel so old :( I have knee pain . I start using the MFP App sine April 18 2016 and I didn't check to see how much I lost but I need some one like me to stay in program for long time.if you are interested let me know.for years I have been telling myself I will start on Modday ,but this time I want to do it for real
