Whatever my trainer has blasting in his gym.

When I'm on my bike, I don't listen to music...I listen for traffic.

I got tired of music (which is unbelievable really... but all day long for a few years you can tire of anything). So I've been watching or listening to inspirational or informative youtube videos: Actualized.org and PBS Idea Channel are my favorites. When the mood for music does hit me it'll be anything with a great beat.

Lots of rock, alternative...sometimes some red dirt country. If I need a break from music I listen to an audio book.

I don't care for any particular genre of music, so my treadmill is in front of the tv and I watch the news while exercising.

On to the topic at hand, I find Punk, Metal, and EDM the best for workouts because of the fast pace.

When I am at home I have an mp3 of combinations being yelled at me so no music but, when I am boxing with my coach is likes rap/hip-hop. If it was my choice I'd listen to rock.

I just discovered Rock My Run, and I love it. I especially like the 70s/80s rock station. Then again, I'm old.

Cardio: songs with 4/4 time to match my (slow) pace. My favorite? Billy Joel's Only the Good Die Young.

Recently discovered the Christian Hip Hop Radio station on Pandora. Most songs have a great beat to run to and they have a positive message. I don't have to worry about trying to skip songs when I am running with my kids. If I am not running with the kids, I'll throw on the Pitbull Radio.
