Fragment and hot fish and tofu, you choi in abalone sauce, luffa and egg tofu.....in the pot is red braised pork belly.

Sautéed shrimp over corn/black beans/peppers/onions (Southwest frozen veggie blend) and cilantro lime rice (thanks Uncle Ben for making ready rice!) with guacamole.
Less than 10 minutes and under 600 cals...

Sunday dinner. Thought about what to make and bammm. Paleo Lasagna.
Subbed noodles for roasted eggplant slices, made wallnut "cheese", used turkey sausages with quick spinach, fennel, jicama salad and here you go.

How is walnut cheese? I have made and like cashew cheese but have never thought of making it from walnuts.0 -

It is a cool, drizzly, rainy, dreary Saturday...so to spice things up: The dry rub is on the St. Louis style pork ribs. I am putting them in the smoker at 225F at 11:30 - they should be done around 5:00 - 5:30. I am going to use straight hickory smoke instead of my usual apple/hickory blend. Hickory still rocks. I will be serving them Memphis style (dry rub only - sauce on the side). Pictures in 8 or 9 hours...

Gouda, figs, cherries and spiced almonds. Baked brie with red pepper jalapeno spread. Petite vanilla bean scones and chocolate chip cookie dough cake pop from Starbucks (bonus stars week...).

Romaine with Waldens Russian dressing, minute steaks, onions, fat free mozz on Italian roll then broiled. Vanilla strawberry protein pudding with fat free cool whip topped with walnuts.
Chocolate protein waffles with strawberries, yoplait whipped vanilla cupcake yogurt and Waldens Carmel syrup. Some sprinkles.
