 Food wise was great, I logged everything, had little bits of what I fancied. I bought a fit bit and have been aiming for 10k steps every day, which I managed every day but yesterday. Saturday went for a long walk, over 20k steps that day, and yesterday went "swimming" (ie playing in the water) with my son.
 I struggled with the "failure" of only getting 4k steps yesterday. My mind tried to sabotage me with thoughts like "you've messed everything up now, you might as well eat everything in the house" but managed to dismiss it by talking to my partner and friends about how I felt, and reasoning that I was still tired and a little sore from Saturdays walk, and also that I'd been to the pool and moved around a lot there.

 - reached 10,000+ steps 5 times this week. Was very active in general. And even did some strength exercises.

 - Went out for my sister's birthday and wasn't in the MFP zone at all, so just logged that meal as a 1200 quick add.
 - Gained weight but My muscles are still aching from the weights so hope it's only a fluctuation.

 Successes/struggles this week: I'm calling this week a great success. While my nutrition wasn't perfect, it was better. I ran my training schedule. I did some strength training on May 1 and plan to do another day of ST on Thursday. I feel stronger, faster, and healthier than I have in a long time. This week, my goal is to keep following my training schedule, get one day of ST in, and to really think before i eat.

 Successes/struggles this week: This week has been full of food struggles. I've tried to log everything, but we went out to eat too often, and I think not being 100% accurate on my calories has caused me to come to this standstill. I did much better this weekend, cooked more at home, and knew exactly what I was eating. Another thing has been my exercise calories from FitBit. I've tried to not eat them all back, but it's hard seeing that number and knowing you have a pint of your new favorite ice cream in the freezer.
 Next week HAS to be better. I'm losing motivation.1

 Successes/struggles this week: unfortunately I gained this week. I was doing well with my eating all week and did 5 workouts. Friday I was very tired which seems to be a big trigger for me. I also was having trouble breathing and had to use my inhaler which makes me jittery. The combination was really bad and resulted in horrible cravings. I over ate enough to undo all my progress & add a little extra. If anyone has suggestions on how to deal with this, I welcome any help.
 It seems like you're working out enough... sorry about the inhaler situation. I had an inhaler for many years with my asthma as a kid. Sometimes when you winded you have to sit down and breathe and then get back out there. About the cravings, did you MFP food diary to help you out?  Note: So, I will be using my "weigh in" weight as the trend weight from the tracking app Libra. I weigh myself every day, but my fluctuations are (and have always been) super ridiculous, so I really can't trust my actual "weigh in" weight from the 8th- 192.3 - when my weight just this morning was 195 again! For me using the trend weight from the app, which uses averages and takes fluctuations into account, seems way more honest, and that is what I look at to calculate true loss for myself.
 Successes/struggles this week:
 Mostly struggles, sadly. My husband travels a lot for work, and last week he came home from a 3 week trip. During the 3 weeks he was away I actually did really really well. I ate a lot of healthy foods that he doesn't like (cauliflower, sweet potatoes, zucchini! Yum!) and had small meals. I used my free time to do YouTube workouts, instead of lounging. But when he came home I had a much harder time sticking to it. Between wanting to spend time with him as much as possible, cooking more "filling" dinners, and also getting together with our friends on weekends, I definitely let myself slip. But he's gone again now for 10 days, so I have a chance to get back on track...
 On a good note though, I just purchased myself a FitBit for my birthday coming up! I have been eyeing them up for a long time, and after last week's loss of accountability I can definitely see it as an awesome tool to keep myself motivated! I can't wait to get it!3
