The important thing is to get back to it. think back at the triggers so you can pinpoint them and are then able to work on them. Just get back on it You can do this!

I'm not happy about my weigh-in this week, but I know exactly why it happened. I'm really looking forward to this week, because my new Fitbit is coming in (hopefully it holds a charge!) and my Polar watch and heart rate monitor came in yesterday. I'm ready to finally figure out how many calories I'm actually burning so I can make the most of my time at the gym!

    Struggles:
    - Logging all of my food into Myfitnesspal (I will do better this week for sure!)
    - Eating way more carbs than my macros allowed
    - Not getting enough sleep

    Successes:
    - I reached almost all of my goals this week!
    - I hid my scale so I didn't weigh myself the entire week (except last Tuesday)
    - I walked to the gym every single day! Luckily the weather was nice

Successes: didn't eat late at night this week. It's ok to sleep when you are a little hungry. Have a big low carb breakfast the next morning :)

Thank you. We were at the in-laws house and we went out to eat and I just made some very poor decisions. And then my kids made me a dessert and I felt I couldn't tell them no after they worked so hard.

I'm late, but oh well here's to being a loser! ;) I also see that I'm not weighing myself when I "should" but oh well this is really just for me, haha.
