    1 Break, almost didn't take it....arrgh
Finally getting the hang of plank jacks, still hating jump ropes.

I had to give it a rest yesterday as my shoulder was really painful - I tried, but couldn't even do one walking push up thing.

I did D19 L2 this morning - took a couple of breaks for my shoulder :(

Trying to get back into the swing of things after my few days break. Happy to be back, though.

I was really into it this morning. Probably because I was a little bad food-wise last night. I'm thinking about going for a run now

I'm putting this down to still not feeling 100% ;)

I'm really getting into this level 2 business, too bad it doesn't last much longer, haha. I'm also sore again, but that must mean it's working!

    D22 L3 - breaks - a big fat 0!
I definitely was not on top form yesterday!
It was still hard, but doable - I tried to do one set of each exercise (where they are repeated) following Natalie and one set following Anita. Sweated BUCKETS!

I guess giving it my all yesterday means soreness today, but I worked through it. If nothing else, I at least feel stronger from this.

Had a bad morning and kind of half-a**ed the workout. Not my best. At least I get to start level 3 tomorrow.

Hello I am relatively new to this site, but I logged on looking to the answer to this very question - how to put the Shred into the Exercise tracker.

The first time I ever did the level 1 Shred, I couldn't sit or walk down stairs the next day without pain - I even had my friend bring me a Percoset!!!! But now that I have been exercising more it's not as bad.

So today I started Shred again - back to Day 1. Any encouragement would be appreciated!

    Day 1/Level 1
Breaks: two in first cardio section, none after that! Yay!
CW: 217 (according to old scales - new scales bought this week are LYING!! lol)

    30DS Day 30 level 3 Done!!

    My results:
Start weight - I will adjust this to 222 as the new scales were showing me as 5lb heaver. I'm now 212lb, so that's a loss of 10lb :). Overall I've lost 6 inches, though I didn't measure my upper arms at the beginning for some reason, and think I've lost about an inch there as well. I feel a lot fitter and stronger, can't believe I stuck with it for the the whole 30 days and would definitely do it again in the future, though I'm quite happy to see the back of it for now ... :):D
