    I like the sodium focus. I have started to change a few things based on their sodium count. Not that I am usually over, but it has made me more aware of the higher sodium items.

    I hate push ups, but am doing them.

    I was WAY over my sodium yesterday because I wasn't aware just how much sodium was in my grilled chicken sandwich I had during my break at work. Was that a big eye opener!! Just another reason why I should always bring a lunch or dinner with me to work >.<
