Successes/struggles this week: I'm surprised I lost cause I've been bloated and haven't been eating great. BUT i did walk daily for 60 minutes Monday thru Friday so that helped. Successes/struggles this week: Except for Mother's Day, I did good with staying under calorie goal, logging and weighing food. Finished Focus T25 Alpha, starting Beta on Monday!
This weigh in is on my daughters scale. Plus, I've been doing a lot of outdoor landscaping this weekend. Sore alot and sunburn! This could all be factors in the small weight loss this week. I was expecting more.

Successes/struggles this week: Fluctuating back up but still a net loss. Probably wouldn't weigh so much today if I didn't stress eat yesterday and the day before. Had a 60-mile ride and a 90-mile day on the bike last Wednesday, though, so that was awesome.4 -

Struggles: Not my best week, as I've had a lot of stress from interviews and a lingering cold. Exercise kinda flew out the window as well (did 10000 steps per day, but no C25K). Also, meals were a bit strange and not as well planned out. I need a bit of a reset on my eating and sleeping habits.

My successes this week were that I drank plenty of water, worked out 5 times, followed my eating plan pretty well and tracked all foods.
Although my progress is not what I was hoping for this month, the scale is moving in the right direction so that's good. I'm going to tweak my calorie intake a bit more this week to try to get better results.
My goals for this week are to work out 5 times, continue water intake, and reduce calorie intake.2 -

No major struggles to speak of; closest is knowing I won't be able to keep up my current exercise level indefinitely, but its a nice kickoff. The weights coming off slower now but that's to be expected. I'm trying to get in all the outdoor exercise I can with this mild weather, as when it gets too humid I prefer to sweat into a puddle in the privacy of my own home. I'll be really happy if I can replicate this loss next week!

I have downloaded a weight trend app. And from now on I will be using the weekly trend weight rather than the daily fluctuations. It seems that the less I have to lose the more the difference in numbers.

- Drank water up to and beyond daily goal.
struggles this week:
- lack of sleep is getting the better of me. Feeling tired and weak.
- Did not do any strength exercises with weights.
- Was invited to a friend's house for the day on Sunday and couldn't resist a couple high calorie snacks. I was still within goal however because I couldn't eat "filling" food it led to me being unsatified for the day.

SO much happiness about this progression! I started trying to lose weight/get healthy back in February. Over all of February and March I felt like I wasn't making any real difference; my weight pretty much stayed the same the whole 2 months. Better than gaining, but a little discouraging nonetheless. In April I kicked things up a notch and lowered my calories and started regularly walking/following youtube fitness videos and it has payed off! This week I realized that it is very likely that I will ACTUALLY REACH MY GOALS for this month! Have the scale read 190 or under on my birthday (May 20th) and actually be under 190 by June 1!
No struggles are worth mentioning when success is just around the corner!

I really need to go through and read everyones comments, I feel like that will inspire me.
I had a great week gym wise. I went 5 days last week. Plus hit my steps on my fitbit most days. I struggle weekends and with coming into winter here in New Zealand we don't go far if the weather is bad on those days. But I felt great in regards to my exercise.
My eating was a bit up and down. Some great meals and some less great choices. But then again that is going to be the way isn't it. I appreciate that I can have a meal that isn't healthy and not let that be a "fall off the wagon" slip that sends me into a overeating binge type thing. I am grateful for how far I have come and I am grateful for how far I will go.
I didn't lose a huge amount but it was still a loss.5 -
