    Tuesday complete! I drank 100 oz. Of water and messaged my teammates!
    Wednesday complete! I stayed under calories and I did 15 minutes of strength
    Thursday complete! I exercised for 63 minutes and drank 104 oz of water
    Friday complete! I stayed under calorie and complimented my teammates.
    Saturday complete! I walked 5 miles and drank 108 oz of water
    Sunday complete! I drank 117 oz of water.
