Not sure if this pic will post or if you can really see a difference ... About a 30 pound difference . Walking when I feel like it and counting calories

Don't mind how weird my pictures are, I'm a weird human being
Here I am around 220, which was my highest weight
This one is close to 195
About 180
And my most recent ones around 165. I'm currently closer to 160, but I haven't taken any more progress pictures
My stats:
Height: 5'2-ish
HW: 220
CW: 160
GW:125-ish
I am a fitness instructor at my university, but I haven't relied too heavily on that calorie burn to lose weight. I teach cycling classes twice a week and I eat back about 75% of my exercise calories. The only thing I cut out of my diet was full-sugar soda which I replaced with diet soda (and, please, nobody lecture me on the dangers of diet soda, I've heard it about a million and a half times). I still eat bread, cheese, cake, cheesecake, really whatever I want as long as it fits into my calories and I feel good about it.
All of this being said, I did find a love for exercise. I used to not be able to walk from my apartment to my campus (less than a mile) without getting winded but losing weight has allowed me to explore exercise more and find that I really do like a lot of it6 -

That's 161lbs lost just by calorie counting with a lot of walking!!!
Omg!!! That's an awesome transformation! I know you must feel just as good as you look in that after pic4 -
Is just using a treadmill with no incline "not a crazy amount of exercise"? If so, I'm down 30lbs and about two sizes this week. No pics, but hey, MFP logging is doing the trick.2

No pix of me yet, but I do have to crow a little:
First off, I cannot exercise. Walking is very painful, I have bone spurs on both ankles, lower back damage, hip damage and two old hairline fractures in both of my feet that flair up whenever they feel like it.
I have set my calorie goal at SEDENTARY for that reason.
Today I had my official weigh-in twelve weeks into using CICO only - no walks, no biking, no exercising.
I have lost 27lbs.
This past week was a big drop for me, from 302lbs to 298lbs and I feel the only reason it happened was my excitement for reaching my first milestone - to be under 300lbs for the first time in almost 15 years. Well, this morning it was official. I did it.
I still have many more pounds to go, but I can't cheat go for walks or do cardio classes or anything of the sort for awhile - at the very least until the doctors can figure out what I can do safely.
So if you want to watch CICO work and continue to work, friend me. I consider every friend request a personal challenge to keep going and not fail.
My final goal is 200lbs (+/-10lbs, depending on my muscle build at the end of this journey).9 -

I also have never done any sort of exercise but when I moved to Europe I started walking more because it's just the culture here.
Good luck!
Well done!!!1 -
