Hello everyone!! Looking for some short term loss advice

Hi!! I'm a 29 year old woman, 5'6", and 136 pounds--with a decent amount of muscle tone, been working out 3-6 days a week.

In 2 weeks I am going to be on the beach on vacation!! I want to get down just a liiiiitle bit more.

My dream weight is 125 but is always just out of reach.

What do you guys think I should do and what might be attainable?

    I think that 135 might be attainable if you're looking at weight loss. That would be a 250 calorie deficit and may or may not get you there since it's an estimate.

    You're not going to see much of a difference in 2 weeks though. Sorry, I don't really have good advice.

    You can see 134 in two weeks. Eat at a deficit per the app.

    Yep ... enter your information into MFP (MyFitnessPal), select sedentary as your activity level, select a loss of 1 lb/week ... MFP will give you the amount of calories you should be consuming. Eat that.

    If you exercise, eat maybe about 50% of your exercise calories back on top of the calories that MFP gives you.

    Speaking as a 5'6" woman ... you can drop below 130 lbs that way. :) Not in 2 weeks, but in about 5-6 weeks. In 2 weeks, the most you'll probably manage is about 2 lbs ... and don't expect much in the way of a loss in the first week. There tends to be an annoying delay.
