30 lbs Down - PICTURES! Short Ladies !

Hello ladies (and guys(?)) Haha, anyway I'm making this post as sort of...an almost-goal hit post.
I haven't quite hit my goal - Originally my goal was 135 pounds. I blew past that, but am not quite happy.

GW - Not too sure - Just want to tone up and lose some more fat around my love handles- midsection however I know spot training isn't a thing so it will come with time. Probably 115-120.

*EDIT* I'm 5'2 I forgot to include that...

Anyway. I hope these pictures are able to bring some inspiration. Also, yes I am making a ridiculous funny face. I'm not 100% confident in how I look. I still often feel I'm looking at post-weight loss me. I feel like this is a struggle I will need to overcome. However, I am finding the ...strength/courage? Whatever, to post this photo still. I want to tone more and be able to completely rock a crop/halter top and low waisted pants for dance (I like hip hop!) I'm confident I'll get there.

Hope you are all inspired! If I can do it, you can do it!!! I mean it!

    You look great! I first saw your pics in the photo success thread and thought that your love handles disappeared! That's what I saw first, mainly because my love handles are awful so I love to see before and afters where they go away. I'm also 5'2" and I weigh about the same as you - but my love handles...again... awful lol.

    Great job...I have also loss 30 pounds and 31 inches. 8.5 inches off my waist. Down from snug 12 to a loose size 6. BW- 173.6 CW- 143.4. GOAL weight 135.

    Thank you so much!!! :) Ahh that's so thoughtful! I'm pretty happy with the progress on my love handles however they're not completely gone -especially when I wear any type of jeans :( Lol. Little fat deposits on there haha. However I'm still happy with the progress, those things are a bugger to get rid of so I know to just be patient :3 Overall, much happier than when I started tho! And clothing shopping is much less torturous ...xD. Thank you for your comment, I really appreciate it! I know you can conquer those damn love handles!

    That's amazing!!! Good for you you should be so proud ! I unfortunately never measured inches and I'm not quite done yet anyway :) I went from a size 10-12 jeans to between 3-5, you know how women's sizes vary depending on the brand ...So irritating! Lol but I'm not going to complain about the change :) Great work you can do it!!! Congratz on the 30lbs loss!

    ahh thank you :) Hmm well I do a bit less now than I did at the beginning , or rather I've changed it up a lot.So I can't really give you a how long did it take, because my weight bounced up and down because of my motivation (I have a hard time with cravings) I've stuck to between 1200-1400 calories a day. (However I have my days where I'm bad and go over but I try not to beat myself up about it! ) And just go right back to what I was doing. Aside from that, I do a lot of leisurely walking (3-3.5mph) roughly 30 mins - 1 hour a day. I do MMA style workouts (interval punches and kicks/push-ups and planks) For 10-15 mins a night. Doesn't sound like a lot but it really works up a sweat if done vigorously with minimal rest breaks. On the nights I don't do this routine,( I go back and forth, 1 day I'll do that and another I'll do this)- I hula hoop for 20-30 minutes (non-stop can be quite the challenge and you will sweat!) And then I do some hip-hop dance for about half an hour which is also quite difficult lol. I'm hoping to use these techniques to tone my waist more :) I do side planks and regular planks, about 3 reps of 1 min each. Also some squat reps every 2nd day or so just to work on toning the legs :) I hope that helps!! Thank you for reading my post!
