    CW:130-135 lbs? I'll see how I feel and look when I get there. Right now I have lots of energy, am seeing the muscles esp. in my arms and have lots of extra skin lol. I feel great as long as I keep my clothes on! :)

    5'4" my goal is 120 but honestly I'll be happy if I can get down to 125. I started out trying to lose 2lb a week but I've concluded its too hard for me and I end up binging. Now I'm just aiming for 1/2 a pound a week, and I try to keep it in the green. Hopefully I'll lose more than half a pound a week!

    I'm 5' 10" and 170 lbs and started at 225 lbs. My goals have changed as I've dropped the weight. I just kept setting new goals. I think I'll try and stay between 165-170. I can't quite get any consistent answers on what my ideal weight should be though. I am slowing down (adding calories) my diet since I'm no longer in the overweight range for my height.
