I'm 46, 5'10 and currently around 196lbs. Been down to 190, which felt good and been back up over 200, which does not feel good. I would be good back at 190lbs, but I still have it in my mind to get down in the 180 range just to see how that feels. I am not in any hurry to make massive sacrifices with my quality of life though so it is a slow process overall.

I have been plateaued/maintaining for a couple of months, mostly because I needed a break. But I am ready to start again and get to the middle range of my BMI.

    SW 200
    1st GW 185

    Final GW 145
CW 139-145 maintaining for 3 months so far.

I haven't been this weight since I was 19 yo and a Freshman in college when I gained my "freshman 15". I never dreamed I would ever get down to this weight. The crazy part is that I'm so much more fit now than I was back in college (better BF%, endurance, etc).

    I'm 5'1
My goal weight was 100 pounds but I was having a hard time losing anymore weight and so I stayed at 104.
    So I started maintenance and I feel comfortable between 104 & 110.
But I have a really hard time eating all of my maintenance calorie D:

I'm in the same situation. I've maintained for a year now. Really hard to do.
