I'm starting maintenance at the end of June (I am part-way through a challenge that I want to see through to the end) and looking for maintenance buddies, so feel free to add me as a friend0 -
I'm 5' 10" and 170 lbs and started at 225 lbs. My goals have changed as I've dropped the weight. I just kept setting new goals. I think I'll try and stay between 165-170. I can't quite get any consistent answers on what my ideal weight should be though. I am slowing down (adding calories) my diet since I'm no longer in the overweight range for my height.2

My current range is 146-148 but I'd like to be a little less jiggly0 -
My goal for beginning maintenance (although because I'm trying to build muscle my boyfriend warns me that I might have to eat more then) is 125 lbs. I was told the original 120 would be too low to sustain, and we're trying to see if the 125 is going to work or if I need to go up to maintenance at 130. I'm at 133 right now, but my weight's been up and down and I just had a cheat day, so we'll see how long it takes. *lol* I have MFP set for a half a pound loss each week on Active for the time being.0

This is all weight I gained over two years of health problems. I was always very fit and maintained my weight with exercise. When I had my health issues, I wasn't able to exercise but I kept eating at the same rate. I am clawing my way back to the old me! ROAR!2 -
