    I'm 5' 10" and 170 lbs and started at 225 lbs. My goals have changed as I've dropped the weight. I just kept setting new goals. I think I'll try and stay between 165-170. I can't quite get any consistent answers on what my ideal weight should be though. I am slowing down (adding calories) my diet since I'm no longer in the overweight range for my height.

    My goal for beginning maintenance (although because I'm trying to build muscle my boyfriend warns me that I might have to eat more then) is 125 lbs. I was told the original 120 would be too low to sustain, and we're trying to see if the 125 is going to work or if I need to go up to maintenance at 130. I'm at 133 right now, but my weight's been up and down and I just had a cheat day, so we'll see how long it takes. *lol* I have MFP set for a half a pound loss each week on Active for the time being.

    This is all weight I gained over two years of health problems. I was always very fit and maintained my weight with exercise. When I had my health issues, I wasn't able to exercise but I kept eating at the same rate. I am clawing my way back to the old me! ROAR!
