Successes/struggles this week: Wow... I got to my secondary goal! Feeling pumped, only at out one day this week, and walked two times this week with my dog. All in all, a good week and a very good month. I'm going to go find the June thread and keep it going.2 -

Successes/struggles this week:
My successes this week were getting in 5 workouts even when I was tired or running short on time, completing the first week of a 28 day plank challenge, and making good food choices despite not having much time to cook.
I have only lost .4 pounds this month but I feel like I've established a good workout routine and I've been moving in a positive direction with my food choices. My down fall is my weekends. I get lazy about tracking my food. This will be my primary focus for the next month. This challenge has been very helpful in holding me accountable.

Just need to eliminate some of my other habits, like eating too much junk. It's probably time to accept that I don't feel well, or perform well, when I eat certain foods.0 -

Successes/struggles this week: The end of this month was somewhat difficult due to birthday celebrations, my own and a friend's, and holiday picnic-ing. I definitely lost motivation to really exercise as much as I should have this week... But since I've been loosing a steady .8 lbs and the scale DID say 190 twice (I use a trend weight as my weigh-in number, though) I can't say it's been a total waste! I missed my goal by 1.5 lbs... I consider that a win for me! I'm going to do one more weigh in on June 1st and then hopefully start the June Challenge! I love these threads.1 -
