Just read this thread. Really impressive work. It's amazing what a person can do with the right mindset.
One question - you are riding a stationary bike indoors right now, right? Have you considered getting a proper bike and cycling outdoors at some point?0 -

Congrats on your progress! I am down 52 lbs since mid-Feb and under 300 for the first time in probably 5 years. Eating 1,700-1,850 a day and walking 20+ miles a week. Will follow your journey.2

Hey Makin magic I started at 443 2 years ago.got down to 387 and stayed there for a years. Just started the mfp in march,I am at 336 currently. I would like for you to add me as a friend if you want.I think we can support each other and share lots of good tips.good luck in your journey GOOD JOB joann2

Thanks for all the kind words again...Keep forgetting to update on mondays but still going strong. Was at 224.2 this past monday. Getting closer to the 215 goal that my doctor wants me at.

It was pretty close, there are worse pictures of me when I was that large haha. I'm sure I could find a worse one, but I was probably pretty close to my heaviest there.2
