This all started on FEB 6TH 2016 after three weeks on Diabetic meds and Hypertension meds. It dawned on me that if i didn't do much about my life this would get out of hand.
I picked myself and convinced myself that can do this by changing my life style . My starting weight at that point was 126 kgs trust i did take many photos in a span of the last three years somehow i didn't like what i was seeing. I started watching what i eat , dropped sugar completely , dropped refined carbs etc plus i worked out 6 times a day .
today i'm 108 kgs , my blood sugar is now normal i actually stopped meds three weeks into lifestyle change , my resting heart beat is 50 bpm from 100 bpm. i feel good

Very inspirational! I'm in roughly the same boat as you. My doc put me on some meds to help lower blood sugar about 2 months ago and I started tracking my food and hitting the gym on a regular basis. Keep up the great work you are doing an awesome job!0
