    @jlemoore I've just found a much better utube workout. Look up jessicasmithtv it seemed more intense then the Leslie Sansone workouts

    7/5 - 45min walk + 25min actively playing at playground + 10min jumping and dancing around the house with my 2 year old pretending to be Monkeys, kangaroos, birds, emus and other animals (was so much fun)

    10/5 - 50min yard work + 20min kicking and running with the soccer ball.
