You will get help to lose weight using a sensible food plan but no one will seriously give you help to lose weight unhealthily.1

We just help you adjust your understanding of 'fast'. Since so many of us have been way big and lost way lots and gained it back time and again before discovering healthy eating with food logging, exercise logging and social support, we've assimilated to the mfp way of recommending no more than losing 2 lb per week. Even then I'm a holdout for noobs setting their goal at 0.5 lb per week. Anyway, welcome. Look at some of the intro discussions from yesterday and find the list of useful discussions that @diannethegeek posted several times.1

Well..you can pretty easily lose water weight fast?? I doubt that's what you're going for tho so I'd suggest just accepting that any substantial weight loss is probably going to take months at least.
After that, I'd suggest weighing/logging your food and staying up the calorie goals MFP gives you for about a month, see if you lose weight..if you do, keep doing that! Gl!1 -

Unless you want to lose muscle mass, hair, teeth, finger nails, etc. in your speedy weightloss.1
