final push to get to goal weight (140lb) My start weight was 208lb 9 months ago loss now 61lb, back to where I was before holiday, now 7lb to goal (1st) now considering options for after that. final goal will probably be 134lb that will put me in the middle of the healthy BMI range for my height and give me a safety margin for maintenance
