Using a cleanse to get started

Hey there, I am Tef. I have along way to go. I am 253 and 5'6. I am a female. My goal is to get to 170.

To jumpstart my life change, I am using a 7 day detox cleanse. I have decided to not eat meat this week during my cleanse. I am taking in a lot of water and eating fruits, veggies, protein drinks and nuts. I am hoping that this will help to expel my waste weight. Waste weight can account for about up 20 lbs of my overall weight. This can help release toxins. After the first week, I will bed in a mild excercise regiment that will consist of mostly walking.

What are some methods that you use?
