    Life has been crazy since 15th of May 4 funerals.sub is out grandsons coming Thursday for 5 days wow they are 22 and 19

    Work out schedule: I dance when I am involved in teaching, working on a choreography project, taking a class, or for fun (I had a medical injury which reduced my dancing recently, but I have improved). I used to walk as transportation, but since the injury I started walking/hiking four to five miles a day (if it doesn't happen during the day I walk in the late evening before dark or sometimes with my husband) or I take my kids (12 & 9) to the park and I walk around while they play. I do yoga for 20 minutes when I want to (longer if I start classes again). I lift weights two days a week.

    Hey new here, my wife and I started our healthier lifestyle change few months ago. I lost about ten lbs she lost 20 lbs- so proud of her she has really been focused on getting healthy. We have three kids and hectic schedule. Reading through the posts here are very supportive and positive - nice to know there are people out there to help support and motivate!
