So is it better to wear a firm fitting sports bra to bed or no bra?

If I wear any bra to bed my boobs hurt the next day. Badly. But I'm very busty, not sure if that's why.

Point is i say neither because the pain but that might just be me.

Though a nurse/teacher I once had said it helps your boobs stay perky so there might be something to that.

I wear loose fitting sports bras to bed. They just slip over head and have like no support. I basically use them as pajama tops. This is a huge improvement from when I wore bras to bed. Maybe, one day, I'll progress to none!

I have heard women that swear wearing a sports bra to get keeps the boobs perky forever....but I kind of doubt it. Set them free lol unless you dont mind a sport bra no reason eithier way just what is comfortable ;)

The only time I ever slept in a bra was when I was pregnant. for some reason it was more comfortable.

I live on my own, so my bra only goes on if I go outside, or have visitors. I've never worn one in bed I hate bras, but I'm too busty to go braless in pubic :)

The Hanes comfy bra changed my life. I don't know how else to explain it other than it's like underwear for your boobs. I'm pregnant, and these days I would shower with a bra on if I could practically, but when not pregnant some days bra, some days not. Just went with what felt best at that time.

Oh I invested in the Victoria Secret Lounge bra.. it really isn't a bra per se, more like a comfy silk wrapping around the girls.. it keeps the girls from floppy around in the bed..

Heck no on wearing my stiff (but awesome to run in) sports bra... talk about being too confined.

Wear whatever is comfortable for you, even if it's nothing.

I feel more comfortable wearing a bra to bed. I am large busted and having the girls unsupported just feels way too heavy and uncomfortable.

It depends. My skin isn't firm anywhere & I can't stand them being floppy, so I wear them; to keep them in place because they droop approximately an inch, from where they should be but I also have angina & have to take it off, to relieve pressure & rub under my left breast to sooth the pain; when that happens.

Most of the time, if I'm not at work (and sometimes even when I am at work) I don't wear a bra. Definitely never one to bed. The only time was when I was breastfeeding otherwise I would just leak everywhere, and then I wore a loose fitting nursing bra.

Sometimes I do, but it's a comfy sports bra. I hate "real" bras, but doing what I can to prevent sagging. ;)

I wear a sports bra to bed most nights because I exercise at 4:30am. I wear my workout clothes (minus socks) so I can roll out of bed, ponytail, socks, shoes and start my workout.

Ugh, no way. So uncomfortable. But then, I am an A cup, so I can pretty much go braless all day if I want

Want to trade, I have slightly droopy; 36 C's? I'd love to never have to, wear a bra again!

The only time i take my bra off is to shower, as I can NOT stand that unsupported feeling, especially when i'm sitting down.
I wear mine to be bed to at the chagrin of my husband lol But the only reason i wear it to bed is because i couldn't be stuffed fiddling around and putting it back on when i get up in the morning, especially so because it's winter here, so i have to take my pj top off, fiddle around with the bra, in the cold, and then put my top back on again!
