    Successes/struggles this week: trying to practice mindfulness around eating. Big work presentation - ate due to anxiety but very aware of process,
    Would recommend this book "End Emotional Eating" by Jennifer Taitz, have found very helpful - wish I read 30 years ago!

    Successes/struggles this week: It was a great week for health! I think the first part fell off pretty quickly; I hope the rest of it does, too! I think this month should go smoothly - no vacations or business trips.

    Successes/struggles this week: Drinking enough water and I wasn't tracking my calories early in the week (which I find allows me to mindlessly consume more then I remember... sigh), been on track the last two days, will try to keep the momentum going this coming week!

    Successes/struggles this week: Close to my goal of at least 2lbs/week. Had a "cheat" night with my boyfriend which led to a three day "gain" on the scale - I didn't go over my calories that much to have the gain, it was just too much sodium/not enough water that caused it.

    Successes/struggles this week: I "sort of" did the May challenge. Working on better results for the June challenge. I've done some form of exercise each day this week and plan to through the rest of next week. My goal is a minimum of 30 minutes each day.
