Successes/struggles this week: I finally got back under 200! Woo hoo! I also already met my goal of reaching 200 this month & since we are only half way through the month, I changed my goal to 196. I'm very proud of myself for finally moving in the right direction.
Workouts didn't go very well last week. I was feeling a bit lazy but I did a good job on my eating plan despite a couple of times that could have been disastrous. I am committed to getting 5 workouts in this week no matter what starting today with running & yoga.3 -

I keep hovering between 175 - 177, so I really hope I can break through that barrier... Didn't gain anything this week though. Also, I tried out Blogilates. I did a couple days of the beginner calendar, but I found that it hurt me. I really hope I can find a way to make my fitness better without injuring myself.2 -

Successes/struggles this week: I took all four of my sons for a 3.5 mile walk on Friday - which was great! Finally got all that extra off and back to ground zero. Now to get on track and and commit to exercise and stick with it!3 -

Success/Struggles this week: I've been struggling lately with feeling unmotivated. I'm still keeping myself in check, but I was feeling down about my weight loss stalling for 2 weeks and having intense cravings for sweets and junk at the same time. I pushed through it and I'm glad I did, but it still gets me frustrated sometimes.
On the plus side, doing a lot of strenuous gardening (cutting down a small annoying tree, mulching my big flowerbeds) gave me a pretty nice boost in my exercise this week, which is why I believe I was able to break through my 2 week weight loss slowdown! At least for now, anyway. We'll see what this week brings.3 -

Success/Struggles this week: Had a great week loss wise, food wise, exercise wise (did more walking, started to lift small weights to work on my flabby arms). Hit the 170s! Yay! Still a little bit under my goal per week if I want to hit 170 by July 1, but that's okay. I have 170 because it's a nice even number. Ha.2 -

- I'm really craving sweet food for some reason. Not even usually a huge fan.
- Went massively over calories on one day
- Clocked in at least 5000 steps, even they were last minute paces up and down corridors after the break of fast. Nearly got in 10000 on one day.
Weightloss is really slowing down. Shouldn't fuss over it so much now though, but I just can't stop.3 -

You have made progress if you realize it or not.... you may not have lost any weight which is HARD to do!!! But what's even harder to do is Not gain any, because it is so EASY to gain weight!!! This week I went back to saving most of my calories for the evening and went back to walking each day. I guess our bodies are all different because my way I lost some....love weeks like this! Struggles this week: sugar is still a struggle. Yesterday I weighed in at 138.8. Today, I am two lbs. heavier despite an awesome leg workout, spin class and two walks. AND eating well. My body is very stuck and has been for months. Hoping for a breakthrough!
