Successes/struggles this week: Weekdays went well (Weds, Thurs, Sun, Mon, Tues) did really well with calorie intake and getting exercise in. However the weekend got the best of me (pretty typical). Went to a baseball game with a bunch of friends Friday night which involved drinking more than a few beers, eating a bunch of peanuts and resulted in me eating bad late night food additionally But got back on the bandwagon on Sunday and did good Sunday thru Weds. Got at least 30 min workouts in Weds, Thurs, Mon & Tues and also had softball on Sunday.6 -

Successes/struggles this week: I finally got back under 200! Woo hoo! I also already met my goal of reaching 200 this month & since we are only half way through the month, I changed my goal to 196. I'm very proud of myself for finally moving in the right direction.
Workouts didn't go very well last week. I was feeling a bit lazy but I did a good job on my eating plan despite a couple of times that could have been disastrous. I am committed to getting 5 workouts in this week no matter what starting today with running & yoga.3 -

Successes/struggles this week: Need to work on my logging with the food scale without getting stressed out/overwhelmed. I keep hovering between 175 - 177, so I really hope I can break through that barrier... Didn't gain anything this week though. Also, I tried out Blogilates. I did a couple days of the beginner calendar, but I found that it hurt me. I really hope I can find a way to make my fitness better without injuring myself.2 -
