    I weighed 194.5 in February (after losing 85 lbs), but gained a few lbs. since then. I would like to stop the scale from going up and get it going down again.

    Successes/struggles week 1: I think I did okay food wise. I would like to get in more exercise and try a little harder to drink more water.

    Successes/struggles this week: I maintained my weight, which is always better than gaining! I also started morning walks which I plan on doing everyday. I have not had a lot of struggles yet. I just joined my gym earlier this week so I know making time for that will be a struggle. I am hoping to go 3 days a week at least.

    Successes/struggles this week: I have continued my 'no soda' and that is a huge deal for me. Cutting back on fast food, and making better choices when I do go out is helping too. Small loss this week, but trying to look at it as "It is a change in the right direction on the scale!"

    Successes/struggles this week: Stuggled with sugar big time and binging on it and sweets. So, taking a week off from (artificial) sugar to see how that works. First step = sweets are now in the garbage and pantry is clean!

    Planned all my meals this week and actually stick to it! My and the bf now have bikes and are getting some much needed exercise together, which has been fun :)

    I have to redo my before because my old scale was WAY off, Tested it next to a couple of other ones and I had to get a new scale, tested the new scale and it's pretty much spot on.

    Successes/struggles this week: Started lifting heavy again, which usually spikes my weight and makes it tough to get eating under control. I'm working on a better plan for next week and I'm glad to see the scale moving in the right direction, even if it's not a big loss.

    Successes/struggles this week: I worked out a ton, half cardio, half weights. I'm really trying to make sure my strength training is on point because I lost weight once before and got close to my goal weight, but when I got there I was really skinny fat. This time I want to do it the right way with lots of muscle! It may take me longer to lose because I would prefer to lose more slowly in order to lose less muscle, but I feel like I can get there!

    Successes/struggles this week: My struggle is eating the right things. Sometimes, I'm in a hurry and just want to grab the first thing I see. The easy thing is not always the healthiest. I need to take the time to plan my meals and snacks so that I will have better success.

    I'm one pound down not as much as I wanted but I haven't been 100% with this lifestyle change so I'm not surprised. Definitely going to start working out this week.
