Successes/struggles this week: Drinking enough water and I wasn't tracking my calories early in the week (which I find allows me to mindlessly consume more then I remember... sigh), been on track the last two days, will try to keep the momentum going this coming week!

Successes/struggles this week: Close to my goal of at least 2lbs/week. Had a "cheat" night with my boyfriend which led to a three day "gain" on the scale - I didn't go over my calories that much to have the gain, it was just too much sodium/not enough water that caused it.2 -
