 My highest weight was 280. Got down to 176 at my lowest, and fluctuated up to 185 right before getting pregnant with my 3rd. I gained 50lbs, getting up to 235. I'm 3.5 weeks postpartum and am down 31 of the 50. 19 to go to pre-pregnancy weight, and then want to lose another 30-40lbs after that. Have not been cleared for exercise yet, and am dealing with anemia (from delivery)- so trying to lose right now mostly from diet.6

 Would recommend this book "End Emotional Eating" by Jennifer Taitz, have found very helpful - wish I read 30 years ago!1

 Successes/struggles this week: Close to my goal of at least 2lbs/week. Had a "cheat" night with my boyfriend which led to a three day "gain" on the scale - I didn't go over my calories that much to have the gain, it was just too much sodium/not enough water that caused it.2
