Everyone keeps asking on how much more weight I have lost. But I've actually plateaued for 2 months now. I guess heavy lifting is really making a difference in my body structure.17

Few things!
1. My capris kept falling down. I'm a bit sad because they were too tight to wear much last summer and now they're heading into the donate pile after I wash them.
2. We got these work shirts in that we ordered in the fall. They came in and were basically 2 sizes smaller than the actual size, so even though mine was a men's xxl it fit like a large--and it fit! It would not have fit back when I ordered it!
3. I'm wearing my wedding & engagement rings again.12 -

This sentence made me tear up... Please do enjoy the rest of your life!3. I'm wearing my wedding & engagement rings again.
Waiting for this myself - I can just about get them on now, but they're still too tight to wear comfortably.
Mine today - I couldn't resist scoffing a bread roll while I was dividing up the package for freezing. The NSV was that although my (mild) OCD was then screaming at me to eat another one, because now that bag has an odd number of rolls in it, I resisted and put them in the freezer regardless. That little nagging voice is still imploring me to go and do something about the horror, but I'm ignoring it!14 -
I just found a pair of shorts in the back my drawer that I don't even remember buying and they fit...comfortably! I normally hate the way shorts look on me but I might actually wear these in public.9

Tonight I wore my size 6 skinny jeans for the first time in a year! Sat down & had dinner in them & everything. I didn't think that'd happen for another 4lbs... So happy!11

I'm out of pants again. Only my gym pants still fit because I bought them small.16

I'm just getting re-started on MFP but I had to get my teenager a quick fast food supper between activities this evening and I ordered me nothing. In fact, I went home, fixed salmon and veggies & enjoyed them!!17

bought 3 sundresses, shopping is enjoyable now!13

It was 4'c this morning and I was forced to get back to nature for my daily walk/run due to a dead treadmill which has made me crabby for days now.
NSV #1... It started to rain and I did not head home, which is what I would have done a year ago.
NSV #2... As it was raining I was dubious about running and falling over (seriously don't need a set back) but my body overtook my brain and did it anyway! I can't believe I didn't feel right until I had jogged it out.
I finished it, wet but happy xx15 -
I saw a picture of myself and realized I don't have a double chin anymore!22

I hit my 50lb mark today! So happy37

Three weeks ago I ran my first 5K and finished in 34:38. This was right around when I finished C25K.
Today I ran my second 5K and finished 1:19 faster (33:19) despite the higher temperature (it was 74 F for the first race and 82 F today).
Sadly, I forgot to push the last button to start recording on my Garmin Forerunner at the beginning of the race. I think that first mile may have been under 10 minutes (which would have been a PR for me).15 -
Last night I was headed to a fancy dress party, and all week I was worried because the only dress I had that met the dress code that was even close to fitting was almost too tight the last time I wore it and involved a lot of sucking in my stomach and zipper wrestling with help of my boyfriend. But when I zipped it up last night it zipped perfectly! I still have a long way to go but this is my first NSV and I'm very happy about it!38

My friend and I went for a hike. She does this thing where she walks all the path, but jogs the hills, and I managed to keep up! We were gone for over an hour and I never got breathless enough the conversation halted.17

My second go at chest/triceps day was a unplanned. I cut my foot and can't go hike/walking in the woods like usual on saturday mornings after work.
Instead I went and increased most of my weights, managed the pushups at work (still can't do them flat, so used the counter at the nurses station) when last week I only finished one set, and still had enough strength left to push the door open with my hands!
Lol, last week I got my hand on the door knob to leave the gym but had to use my hip because my arms would not push. They went on strike because they had forgotten what working to feel strong felt like.
I'm still using 4 lb barbie weights for some of my chest exercises, but in a few days when I try again, I may be able to play with the big kid toys (our cable machine only goes down to 5lbs and I have bad atrophy... for now)!10 -
My most recent NSV is actually my first main victory. Comparing myself to when I started and I could not be happier right now. Yeah yeah, dude in underwear, get over it :-)

Had a sip of diet pop and didn't like it8

I know the scale has been dropping since March but I never noticed my size decreasing until yesterday. Clothing comes in SO many different sizes. A "skinny" 16 jeans might be a regular 18 in a different brand, a shirt that says 12-14 fits like a different brand 1X... I guess you find what fits and ignore the size tags.11
