The Alphabet Challenge.. Whose In?

I'm a late entrie but I'll start today
I'm disabled but I'll at least I'll try doing them all3 -
i would like to join in the Alphabet challenge. I need to lose 50 lbs, but I am starting low, and trying for 20 right now. Everything that I like to do requires sitting. I love to read, crochet. But gonna do more to stay active so this gives me a good start at that.

Yes do it at your pace. Slow moving is better than no moving. You will be fine. I hadn't seen anything like this before and thought I'd try it out. Have fun with it. I will be announcing the next word, but don't feel overwhelmed. Pick whatever works for you just go for it! Enjoy the rest of your day

So liking this plan you have- I've already lost 1 pound and that's hard for me to do. The only thing that was hard were the burpees but I did the easy one1

Just found this and thought I'd give it a try. Been awhile since I did jumping jacks. Even after watching the video, crunches still kill my neck. Any suggestions would be welcome. Ready to see what tomorrow's word is.1
