    Thanks heaps for your words of encouragement. I've almost finished my course so I think I've been putting too much time into it to try and get it finished quicker and not taking enough time out for myself.

    Had a busy day yesterday so didn't get a chance to post before passing out and sleeping for about 10 hours (was so totally exhausted since I had gotten so little sleep on Friday night). Today was mostly a rest day, but needed to get back on track with my plank challenge...and yippie, I got it done in one set!!

    1 June: 90 min stand up paddleboarding (no break - 3.55 miles); 1 min plank (30 day challenge - Day 9) = 91 minutes
    2 June: 37 min biking (4.6 miles / 8mph); 23 min strength training (bands and kettlebell); 5 min stretching; 1 min plank (30 day challenge - Day 10) = 66 minutes
    3 June: 31 min gazelle machine (2 miles); 1 min plank (30 day challenge - Day 11) = 32 minutes
    4 June: rest day; 1.5 min plank (30 day challenge - Day 12) = 1.5 minutes
    5 June: 53 min paddleboarding (casual race - abt 2.3 miles total); plank rest day = 53 minutes
    6 June: 80 min moving boxes into storage; 80 min deep cleaning; **missed doing my plank challenge for the day = 160 minutes **(Corrected from previous post)
    7 June: 90 min of light cleaning/organizing; 15 min of moving boxes; missed doing my plank challenge for the day = 105 minutes
    8 June: 120 min of spring/deep cleaning; 30 min Gazelle (2.06 miles); 3 min plank (30 day challenge - Day 14 & 15) = 153 minutes
    9 June: 120 min of spring/deep cleaning; 2 min plank (30 day challenge - Day 16, but did in 2 sets not one, may stay on Day 16 until I can do it in one) = 122 minutes
    10 June: 50 min of stand up paddleboarding (no break - 2.25 miles); 10 min walk (to/from store); 90 min of spring/deep cleaning; missed my planks = 150 minutes
    11 June: 95 min of stand up paddleboarding (1 break - 4.38 miles); busy day and missed doing my planks = 95 minutes
    12 June: 2 min planks (30 day challenge - Day 16) = 2 minutes

    Total: 1030.5 min out of 1440 min
    (did a check of the totals, and I had missed one of the earlier days (looks like 8 June) in the overall totals, so it's different than a few days ago - this should be right now)
