I'm back!! I was madly studying for a final exam worth 50% of my mark. Thankfully, that is done now! There will be a long wait to find out how I did, but at least the course is finished and I've got a month till the next one starts. With only full-time work to do (instead of full-time work + a grad course), I am hoping to get more MOVING in.

20 June - some walking
21 June - lot of walking - including around the South Bank Centre in London. Great place for a summer eve Pimms and carrot cake (not together!.) Treats partly to celebrate summer, and partly to celebrate my nice and gentle, no logging but Exercise and food aware, success this month. Over a pound lost, body gently challenged fitness wise, and I'm quite happy with that.
