    I think the point here is that everyone's eyes have been opened to what happens on the inside when excess fat is on the body. It wouldn't look if it were a real person or a digitized image...there is no face.

    I think this is amazing. Bodies were not meant to carry weight like the 250 lb woman, as displayed by her whole body being misaligned and out of proportion. Get movin' people!
