  • amber_bamber, the high number can be daunting to share at first (I'm 397 myself!), but just think about how awesome it will be once you start posting those lower numbers each week! Keep ya head up my sister and stay strong. You can make this thing happen!

    This group is great! I can already see we have a whole lot of supportive people which is what everyone needs. Just a few notes. I need you to post rather you have any change in your weight or not. If you don't post 2 weeks in a row then I could end up deleting you because I figure you have dropped out. Reason why it matters is I keep a running total of how much we loose as a group. If someone does not post it throws that balance off.

    I have been known to send out reminds but that takes a whole bunch of time especial if I have a whole bunch of people who I have never sent emails to. The reason is you can only send 5 new contacts a message at one time and I believe a total of 15 in a 24 hour period.. With a group our size you can see how long it would take me.
