I get a massage maybe once or twice a month, the last time I went was maybe a month ago. I've lost almost 40 lbs, and lately for the last month I've just been maintaining-gaining then losing the same 2 lbs, so weight wise I'm essentially the same as last month.
After my massage my normal therapist tells me "you've lost weight huh?" ! Lol I mean she would know right being the only person besides my BF who sees me sans clothes. She's never said anything before, so given the fact that the scale hasn't budged much lately I'm excited that my body is still changing and someone noticed!8 -
I moved my wedding rings to a necklace today - They're too big, so they spin around my fingers (very annoying!) and I'm afraid that I'm going to wash my hands or something and they're going to come flying off.
I still have 35-40 lbs to go, so don't want to get them resized just yet. Until then, I'm wearing them as a necklace I guess.
Same here! Except instead of moving my wedding band to a necklace I wrapped a rubber band onto the back. One of the things I'm most excited about looking towards reaching my goal weight is to get it resized!

I went through my wardrobe today as I knew that there were some clothes in there from my larger days that I wanted to get rid of - I found a pair of trousers and a top that used to barely fit me back when I started my weight-loss journey.
I can wrap them around me twice over
My teenage daughter and I can both fit in them with room to spare
This made me feel especially good as I had a nasty cycling accident two weeks ago and despite continuing with my plan, I actually have put weight ON over the last fortnight due to water retention (I can see the water slopping around in my leg, it's disgusting When I touch one part of my leg a tidal-effect ripple moves across the rest of my leg - it makes me feel quite sick).
My mood was lifted considerably - I feel good again about what I have achieved since I started and secure in the knowledge that I will overcome this hurdle, my leg will recover and I'll be back on track again. I just need to be patient and carry on doing what I've been doing13 -

Let me clarify - my black and white standard poodle, lol, not anything else
Oh, that's funny.0 -
Well, weird one for me this weekend... haven't logged into MFP in three days and broke my 230+ day logging streak since I started this wonderful journey back on 1 Nov 2015. I was camping for a long weekend with my husband with no wifi - had to break the streak - didn't sweat it. Ate what I wanted. Now back home - Sunday evening and planning a stricter week. AND... I am not freaking out!!20

We went away for the weekend and did a 15km hike in one of our national parks.
The fun part was that when we went into the tourist information the lady immeidately sniffed walkers and got the longer walks out vs the 5km walks
The NSV was that durign the walk my husband commented that I was never out of breath on any of the hills (about 90m). He noted that I had not used my inhaler at all and could still chat with him, he was most impressed. After thinking for a minute I was impressed too, but even more so when I told him that I had forgotten all my allergy meds that day and I was walking this 100% without breath support. Last year on our Hardian's Wall Path walk I could not do any hills without both.
All of a sudden I realised that my goal of getting fitter and beating my allergies (as much as possible) was kinda achieved.38 -
I crossed my legs today! It's been years.22

went on a fundraising bike ride today and easily did the distance 36k but the first 1/2 was literally all gentle climbing on an old rail grade and the 2nd half was coming back down! Whoot-passed many young ones!10

I did that too, only I was extremely sick and in bed and missed a day and had to start over. It sucks but oh well, move forward2 -
actually finished all 5 sets of a 50lb overhead press today.16

I worked out sat and sun. In the past I would have stayed on the sofa all weekend.18

I didn't have a freaking panic attack when the waiter asked me if a booth was okay (ate at Olive Garden...not my 1st pick). Had quite a bit of space between the table and my big ole belly!!!!17

A fun NSV to share:
I participate in a recreational soccer league, and I used to volunteer to play goalkeeper for 1/2 the game because 45 minutes of running around was too much for me. Now, I can play the full 90 minutes!
I have also mocked from XL to L size soccer tops!14 -
Saturday I realized that my goal shirt was the only one that fit.18

I have no shorts. A friend gave me her clothes that were too big for her last summer....they looked huge land I thought they were way to big for me...I tried a skirt on and it wasn't even close to doing up...nope too small...way too small.
Today I tried it on to see how much I'd need to loose to get into the clothes and they are perfect...a tad big actually! !! Happy dance!!21 -
My most recent and surprising for me NSV is that i am starting to listen to my body. I don't remember ever feeling full or like eating something wasn't fufilling before but I am doing now. And it surprises me how I lived for over 30 years eating just because.9

Probably six months ago, I ordered a pair of pants online. They arrived, they didn't fit. I thought I'd hold onto them and see if they'd fit later on, so they went into the closet.
And then I forgot about them.
Last week, I found them, and tried them on. And they're actually just a little bit too big.14 -
I had one this weekend. We have stairs in our home (our bedroom is upstairs). Previously I would walk casually up the stairs and would take a second to catch my breath. This weekend I had to get up the stairs pretty quickly, I lightly jogged up them and noticed It did not even phase me.
Only about 2 months in.15 -
I went to a baseball game with my brother yesterday. My first sporting event (think small, tight seating) since losing 100+ lbs. I jokingly turned and asked him when they put wider seats in? Felt great not feeling squeezed into the seat and was comfortable with him to my right and another fan on my left37

A coworker told me my pants were too big last week - so this weekend I went digging through my closet and found an old pair of 'skinny cut' pants. Well, they're not as big as the other ones but I can still pull them off without unbuttoning them22
