I worked out sat and sun. In the past I would have stayed on the sofa all weekend.18

I didn't have a freaking panic attack when the waiter asked me if a booth was okay (ate at Olive Garden...not my 1st pick). Had quite a bit of space between the table and my big ole belly!!!!17

A fun NSV to share:
I participate in a recreational soccer league, and I used to volunteer to play goalkeeper for 1/2 the game because 45 minutes of running around was too much for me. Now, I can play the full 90 minutes!
I have also mocked from XL to L size soccer tops!14 -
Saturday I realized that my goal shirt was the only one that fit.18

I have no shorts. A friend gave me her clothes that were too big for her last summer....they looked huge land I thought they were way to big for me...I tried a skirt on and it wasn't even close to doing up...nope too small...way too small.
Today I tried it on to see how much I'd need to loose to get into the clothes and they are perfect...a tad big actually! !! Happy dance!!21 -
My most recent and surprising for me NSV is that i am starting to listen to my body. I don't remember ever feeling full or like eating something wasn't fufilling before but I am doing now. And it surprises me how I lived for over 30 years eating just because.9

Probably six months ago, I ordered a pair of pants online. They arrived, they didn't fit. I thought I'd hold onto them and see if they'd fit later on, so they went into the closet.
And then I forgot about them.
Last week, I found them, and tried them on. And they're actually just a little bit too big.14 -
I had one this weekend. We have stairs in our home (our bedroom is upstairs). Previously I would walk casually up the stairs and would take a second to catch my breath. This weekend I had to get up the stairs pretty quickly, I lightly jogged up them and noticed It did not even phase me.
Only about 2 months in.15 -
I went to a baseball game with my brother yesterday. My first sporting event (think small, tight seating) since losing 100+ lbs. I jokingly turned and asked him when they put wider seats in? Felt great not feeling squeezed into the seat and was comfortable with him to my right and another fan on my left37

A coworker told me my pants were too big last week - so this weekend I went digging through my closet and found an old pair of 'skinny cut' pants. Well, they're not as big as the other ones but I can still pull them off without unbuttoning them22

Size eight! I didn't even dare hope to reach this when I started at a size 22w!43

Looked down, today...
the girls obscured my view of the belly.
Yessssss!29 -
Collarbones, baby!!! Love them. By far my favorite aspect of losing weight. (I'm in the right)

I've literally just been maintaining the last month, so when a coworker asked me today have I lost any weight...I honestly said no lol. No one at work has said anything about my weight loss thus far, even though I've lost nearly 40 lbs, so it was nice that somebody noticed something had changed at a time where the scale just hasn't been budging!
Another NSV I think my fat back is finally starting to reduce!! Isn't it funny how that can happen despite not losing any weight?!?11 -

Thank you very much. I'd almost forgotten I had them.

I jogged 10k yesterday (three big breaks as I have a baby, but I didn't feel puffed) in my backyard11
-
Went out shopping with my sister for my Matron of Honor dress... Was a bit nervous about finding a dress that fits PROPERLY as I still have chubby arms (11.5) and I lost most of my junk... Was surprised to find that most of the dresses looked very nice on...Was able to find one within the first batch of dresses I'd tried! Def mermaid or sheath dresses for us rectangular shaped ladies.12

I can now cross my legs when sitting down... Huge victory.7

I accidentally bought a romper from Target (it was on sale & I didn't thoroughly check it out ) thinking it was just a long tank top that I could wear with leggings or something. I got ready to try it on and was thinking 'no way I'd EVER wear a romper with these thighs'. Turns out, it's actually pretty cute on me! AND...it's a size L with plenty of room to spare. The fact that I can wear a large in anything other than Old Navy clothing and not have it fit snug was such a nice surprise.
Also, while I had on the romper, I noticed that the roll of fat above my elbow has shrunken quite a bit!
ETA: thought I'd include a pic since that's what you do here. And please excuse the dust pan/broom53 -

Training on the beach with my 14 year old son and then playing a little one on one sand soccer with him.8

I have hated how I've looked for so long and I actually don't hate this picture and my dimples are back. Can't remember the last time I saw those, I know it was when a Bush was in office! Even the fact that I was willing to take a selfie is a NSV in itself. I really needed that motivation, too. Have been becoming complacent recently, so thank you God!
What's your recent NSV?
I've been wearing shirts this week that I hadn't worn in 10+ years. Besides, I have pics from back then wearing these shirts and they looked much tighter back then than they do now. I haven't been that slim in almost 15 years !12 -
Bicycling every day for past 57 days. today will be 58
looking at the display of candy bars and being tempted by a coupon but able to walk away without buying. they had my favorite but not my husbands so couldn't use the excuse that i was buying them for him.
Clothes fitting better.
30 plus miles on bike yesterday and feeling great today.

Had to ask the big dudes at the gym if I could borrow the 25&30 lb dumbbells today. Last week I saw this guy come to the lat pull down machine after me, sit, get up to check the weight, and sit again without changing it
I am actually starting to see some muscle definition after almost 3 months of lifting...there might be abs hiding under there! 4 babies and I have abs (kinda)! I can't believe it! My midsection hasn't seen the light of day since college.

I no longer shop in the big and tall section for pants! I'm down to a 38 inch waist from 44-46.23
