    ok, update because Fridays Are my weigh in days;

    age: 25
    SW: 180
    July 1: 177

    success/ struggles this week: fatigued with having an infant who's sick and waking up at night/ husband has a 4 day weekend so he can babysit when I need to hit the gym and I think the 4th is the easiest of the holidays to watch my diet because theres usually bbq chicken which isn't too bad of indulgence and salads and fruits. I plan to fillll up on water! wish me luck

    Been off and on with my weight this year and I need to keep on the tracking and not eating back all my exercise calories!

    I find these challenges very motivating and helpful with staying on track.

    Hope baby is better. Glad hubby is available for your gym time. And yes the 4th is just one day. And we can have the grilled meat w/o the bun, watermelon and blueberries are in season now. Even an ear of corn w/o butter is delish.

    We just have to plan ahead a little. Good luck.

    Challenge today was getting in my 10,000 steps.
    Spent 4 hrs in the car driving home from beach. But walked walked walked this afternoon. Did not get much else done but I finally got in my 10,000 steps.

    It is really an obsession with me now. I hate to see 9,000 and not get to my 10,000!!!
