Welcome everyone. This is a great thread to keep us motivated and accountable.
Hope everyone has a great Sunday and 4th of July.
Let's make good food choices and get in lots of activity. I got in my 10,000 steps yesterday. It was a beautiful day for walking here in NC.
Having our family 4th cookout this afternoon because hubby and I are playing in a golf tournament tomorrow. Having grilled chicken tenders, corn on cob (with no butter for me) and three bean salad. Strawberry and blueberry pretzel parfaits for dessert.1 -
