    I wasn't able to do any more exercise after thursday. It was a very tiring conference week this week for me and a lazy week too. I missed my calorie burn target this week but hit my 100-mile target and my 16,000 calorie burn target for June.

    Good job all. Even if you didn't make it everybody put out a bunch of effort and burned some calories. Ready for next week if leader chooses to continue. My goal will be 5400. Keeping track just in case.
