I lost 100 pounds all natural and HEALTHY. I ate 1,700-2,000 calories a day, work out 1-2 hours a day, eat foods I enjoy but in SERVING SIZES.

you look absolutely stunning! (both before and after) What a transformation!!
could you tell me what kind of workouts you like to do?

Yes Hun. For the most part I did cardio with resistance. So I loved the elliptical, stair master, & treadmill with incline (be careful w that one). The I did a few weight machines to tone up :)

Wow- that's really inspiring, thank you for sharing. Would you break up your workouts or do two hours all at once? Would it all be one type of cardio or would you break up the different types as well?

Thank you! I would do two hours at once but that was after I lost 50 pounds or so, or days I had too much energy to burn off ;) . For the most part I did cardio. I do ab workouts very often bc my problem area was my lower stomach so I wanted to really tighten as I lost weight. Weight machines are always great too! I rarely do them , I should probably do them more often but I like doing aerobic exercise toning. So toning exercises with hand weights
