Just wanted to create a continued challenge from 20 lbs by July 4, which was started by @jackieudden212. This challenge will help you break your weight-loss in to manageable chunks over a 10 week period. The start date for this challenge is Monday, 4th July and it will end on Monday, 12th September.
SW: 192 (25 Apr)
CW: 171.5 (4 Jul)
GW: 150 (12 Sep)
Is there anything special we need to do? I mean, together? As group? Or is it individual stuff?2 -
I plan to do something every day no matter how small. Anybody have a solid game plan for reaching your goal?2

I have a treadmill and want to start off walking 20-30 minutes in the morning and also do a short Youtube workout. Blogilates and Fitnessblender have some videos you could check out.
