alright guys! it's weigh in time! I'm not proud of this week to say the least. I went on vacation, and had a couple too many cocktails on the beach I only gained .4lbs, but still seems like a major setback compared to the past weeks. I will really have to kick my butt into gear this week! staying positive

Hi all! I haven't checked in since the beginning of June cause I kinda hopped off the wagon, but tried to be concious of what I ate (while still not eating that great of stuff ^^;) But now I'm back in the game and feel like I just might actually reach my first GW by September!

Hi guys. I too fell off the wagon but I managed to lose .4lbs so that's good.

I'm in! Same here Kristron - I haven't seen "onderland" since I left high school (20 years ago). I'm determined to be a healthy version of myself for my 40th birthday in April.

So I have 37 to go in order to get into onderland!
I stepped up my game this week and added in some weightlifting to my routine, so we will see if that makes a difference, as well I signed my 10 year old up for youth boot camp on Saturday mornings which will make me come to the gym anyways, so I may as well work out while I wait for him which will add a day to my gym schedule.5 -
No movement the last two weeks, which is frustrating. But I've stepped up my exercise this week and am working on NOT eating 4th of July leftovers, so hope to see better numbers soon!
