I'd like to try this! Need the motivation and accountability. ( I don't think I'll get to 139 by mid September so I'm aiming for 142)

Just wanted to create a continued challenge from 20 lbs by July 4, which was started by @jackieudden212. This challenge will help you break your weight-loss in to manageable chunks over a 10 week period. The start date for this challenge is Monday, 4th July and it will end on Monday, 12th September.

I am going to try and report back weekly!!! And aim for 15,000 steps a day for exercise. It will be the healthy eating I struggle with..
I will report in with a progress update every Monday and invite you all to do the same and say what works and what didn't in the previous week. Feel free to add me if your goals are the same.2 -
