July 8 - 155.9 -0.2 (but because of 4th of July I actually went up to about 157.8 earlier this week so I did all that and STILL lost!!)

Just watch what you drink. Lite beer or if you can make your own I like to make a WW marguerita. Crystal Light lemonade, tequila with a squirt of lime juice. Sometimes I just drink CL lemonade with vodka. Just stay away from all those high cal drinks. Good luck.0 -

That is success in my book. Any weight lost on a holiday week is great. No holidays this week. We need to just eat our regular food and let's all have a great week.1 -

Struggles: I was only able to get one run in this week and one bike ride
Successes: Even though I wasn't able to exercise as much as I wanted I still was able to lose weight! I was mindful of my calories!3
