I am in Australia we use kilos there are 2.2 pound to 1 kilogram1 -
If it's not too late I'd like to join. I work in kilograms but Googled the pound conversion...

Click on their name under their pic ( in Blue ) it brings up a box click on their name again a new box comes up with add as friend & leave a message , you dont have to leave a message just click on add as friend all done then it goes to the person to accept2 -

We have the same goal! and started the same but I am still 230!!! How did you do it! And congrats!
Completely done by eating less calories! Really didn't change what i ate or exercise level just so cautious about portions and choices. I can't figure out how to add you as a friend but if you can add me - do so!0 -
