    We have the same goal! :) and started the same but I am still 230!!! How did you do it! And congrats!

    Completely done by eating less calories! Really didn't change what i ate or exercise level just so cautious about portions and choices. I can't figure out how to add you as a friend but if you can add me - do so!

    Meh :/ I did really binge on the 4th of July and have been working out extra hard to make up for it. Hopefully this week will be better!

    PS I've been eating a lot of sodium although my cals are under goal recently, I'm wondering if that's why the scale isn't moving much? I guess I'll try to eat less frozen meals and more salads this week and see what happens.

    I have been doing the 30 day shred everyday as well as staying around 1200 calories. It's a big loss so I'm thinking water weight.
