Good luck everybody for this month. I have finally started losing the weight again and @tortgirl don't worry about not seeing a change on the scales because sometimes you just stop for a while and there are other ways to notice the difference.0 -

I'm in! I totally need to get the scale moving again....and we are going on a family vacation for a week this month also so it will be hard, but I need to be on track to meet my current goal in November for our next vacation that is just me & my hubby. I want to look semi good for him on the beach! My goal is a little more than 5 pounds, (7.8) but if I lose just 5 pounds this month that will be better than nothing!!!

SW is what you weighed when you first started MFP (usually)
CW is what you weighed at the beginning of the month.
GW can go both ways, your overall goal (if you have one) OR your end of month goal. I notice some people put both or just the end of the month goal.
I just copy and paste my previous post each week and then add my weight after whatever week it currently is. I start by copying the OP's first post and adding my numbers.
You do you though, whatever works!
