Just got back from 10 day vacation with my family. I broke my Fitbit on day 2 when I went swimming. Didn't realize it wasn't waterproof! UGH! However with all the eating out and time of the month showing up early I was happy that the scale only went up a minor bit! Here's to hoping I can get my butt in gear this week & get back down & then some! At this point I'll be happy if I can just get down 3 pounds for the month. I knew it would be hard with the Holiday weekend and then vacation this month!

June 28 - 115
July 5 - 117.2(two days of celebrating the 4th. I hope this is sodium. Back to the program!!)
July 12 - 115.4 (almost back to maintenance weight)
July 19 - on vacation. No scales.
July 26 - 117.6 oops! Up 2.6 from vacation.
I am back to 1200 cals. Probably won't get the whole 2.6 off by Sunday but will keep working on it. I really enjoyed my 10 day vacation to the Jersey Shore.
My goal is to stay the same for July with all the festivities and vacations.

Good morning everyone. Everyone is doing awesome. Congrats on the losses this week. I think I did good considering I was only able to workout twice this week and that I had visitor. I did make and pass my goal so yay!!!!! I seriously doubt I lose anything by tomorrow since I have a birthday cookout to attend but I will make the best choice. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend.

I've been losing weight slowly the past few weeks, so I revisited my calories and decided to reduce them from 2200 and change to 1700 and change to see if that would get me back to losing about .5 to 1 pound a week again.

@kellyiris6 July is TOUGH month for celebrations...I made it through until today, my annual work picnic. Not proud of what I ate today but tomorrow I'll be right on track tomorrow. Treats are okay and part of enjoying life! Good work this month!1
